We’re also excited to begin developing a lobby art gallery initiative, designed to showcase the work of both local and visiting visual artists. By featuring artwork in the lobby during our productions, we hope to create a space where visual and performing arts can intersect and inspire one another.

The artwork will be loosely curated to reflect the tone of each production, while still leaving plenty of room for individual interpretation and creative expression. We welcome both existing pieces and new work created in response to the show. All visual art mediums are encouraged to apply, with a focus on work that can be easily displayed in a lobby setting—including wall-mounted pieces, sculptures, and even kinetic work, we encourage conversation about logistics.

Through this program, artists may have the opportunity to share their work with new audiences, with options for pieces to be available for purchase or other forms of support depending on each artist’s preference. Our goal is to use the energy of live performance as a platform to help amplify visual art, while respecting each artist’s voice, vision, and the value of their work.

This is an early step toward building ongoing collaborations with visual artists and expanding the ways our creative community can connect and grow together.
